Where are you from?
I was born in St Mary Jamaica but I grow up in the streets of Kingston and St. Catherine


What is your style of music?
I would say my style of music is dancehall/reggae but i also like to experiment
with a little hip hop vibes from time to time


Do you write your own songs?
Yes, so far I have written all my songs, sometimes i don’t even have to write i play a riddim and freestyle and next thing you know another track is
complete


Which song of yours are you most known for? my hottest song at this moment is “party mi seh” and “better way” ,but am most known for my hit song “turn it up” and “nine inch tall”


Who are your musical influences?
I take a little something from many different foundation artist but my biggest influences is bob Marley
,yellow man and Jose Whale who have pave the way for dancehall/reggae music others are Buju banton ,
Shabba ranks, Tenza, Biggy smalls ,Tupac ,levardes fisher, bounty killer ,Beenie man, sizzla to name a few.


How would you describe your music?
well my music is my life , it’s about things happening to myself and others in my circle of life, things i have seen growing up ,and the way am feeling now .i use my music as a platform to express myself , my music is about where am coming from ,the journey ,and where am going .


What projects are you currently working on?
Well my team TMD Records and myself are working on a EP titled “kinglish lockin it da ep”, to be release 2013. i been recording tracks for suncycle production in the uk and 2ray syndicate from Norway these tracks will be out soon on itunes and all other major download sites . You can also look out for Collaborations with me and Tenza. Plus am in a Swedish movie called burning hearts in which my songs is soundtrack .






Are there any performances or shows in the pipeline?
definitely there is a couple of things happening in that regards, i will be on tour with TMD records star artist Tenza ,and thats across Europe ,the tour will kick of in Sweden , Finland and Norway . More updates will be available on tmd records website and facebook soon.
